Anne and Katie welcome Chris Stoll with Town Planner and Jeff Lichty with the Rotary Club of Clarkston to talk about the importance of Rotary, the impact they have on the community and possibly learn a secret handshake that could never be shown on television.

Pastor Bob of Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church and Stacy Anderson of Brookstone Realtors are able to wrap their arms around those in need and find the people in our community that may have fallen in the cracks. In this episode, Anne and Katie talk about how Pastor Bob and Stacy are helping those in need with their food drives to make sure all those in need are able to celebrate the holidays and more with the ones they love and the food they need.

Anne and Katie welcome the three students from Clarkston High School to talk about the upcoming Youth Theater show, The Elves and the Shoemaker, the performances at the Depot Theater in December and the upcoming musical in February, Once Upon a Mattress. In this episode, Anne and Katie welcome Tanya Carson with Clarkston Living Magazine. Along with the magazine, Carson helps out with the Clarkston Area Optimist Club and will be serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce in 2026.

In this episode, Anne and Katie welcome the man behind the glass, Station Manager John Ehlke, to talk about what community media is, the different ways the station is involved in the community, the unique partnership between the Township and school district and if you see Spider-Man in the area it's definitely not John.

After being published in the latest issue of Stroll-Oakhurst, Katie is everywhere but not as many places as this episodes guest, Janalee Grainer of Stroll Oakhurst Magazine. Starting in law, Janalee learned quickly that working more overtime resulted in making more money but she ended losing herself in the process. All she wanted to do was write good news. Fast forward to today and Janalee is living her dream having passion and purpose and loving what she does spreading good news in the Stroll-Oakhurst Magazine.
Watch Episode 12People have given to him by patroning the Dixie Liquor Cabinet so Chris Kesto and Ghost are looking to give back to the community. Through the power of social media, Kesto is finding unique ways to interact with the community. You Can find Kesto and Ghost on the Everything Clarkston Facebook page helping those in need with donations or spreading laughter with the antics of the Dixie Grinch. On December 23rd, Kesto is having a toy drive at the Dixie Liquor Cabinet to give toys to children in need.

Episode 13Everyone knows the jingle but what you might not know about Mr. Roof is their desire to give back to their communities. In 2026, Mr. Roof is looking to help a veteran in Clarkston by providing them with a new roof. Anne and Katie welcome General Manager David Malseed to discuss best practices for roofs, what homeowners should be looking for and if he knows how to sing the jingle.

Episode 14Liv O'Connell has Diamond Blackfan Anemia (DBA) and can not create her own red blood cells. Because of this, Liv has had to get a blood transfusion every three weeks and will the rest of her life. Despite the countless hours at the hospital it has not stopped Liv from living. She enjoys, skiing, dance, tumbling, cheer and knows all the Hello Kitty characters. To help Liv keep on living, Independence Elementary School, where Liv goes to school, partners with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive each year. Episode 15- COMING SOONTake it from Mrs. Michigan, pageantry is more obtainable than you would think especially when you build a community around you that is willing to help out in any way possible. In this episode, Anne and Katie welcome Mrs. Michigan, Shelby Hastings. Alongside Mrs. Michigan and being a pilot, Hastings and her husband will be opening up a glamping area in Cadillac, Mich. in 2027.

Episode 16- COMING SOONBusiness does not stop at the boarders. In this episode we are (GASP) going to Waterford to check in with the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce Director Nikki Tippert. Tippert talks about the collaboration between the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce and the Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce between shared businesses, events and other resources. There are so many great things so close to home including the third annual Restaurant Week coming up in March that features 28 restaurants across Waterford, Clarkston and Commerce Township.
